Tips:

DISHWASHERS

1. Use only about a heaping tablespoon of Liquid or Dry Detergent.
2. Run the hot water in the kitchen sink faucet to get it hot, then push the Dishwasher start button.
3. Wash your dishwasher with two cups of white vinegar every two months.

THE CHEMISTRY OF DISHWASHERS

Water must be 120 degrees or hotter to dissolve the soap.
If you put in too much soap, it does not dissolve.
Either one of the above will cause the soap to build up in the machine.
Soap build up will cause dirty dishes, clogging of the pump and a stained dishwasher

Vinegar Wash:
1. Start the dishwasher with no dished in it
2. Listen to hear the wash part start after water is in the machine
3. Open the door slowly
4. Pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the bottom of the machine with the water
5. Close the door and let the machine finish the cycle

OLD PROVERB: If a little bit is good, then a whole lot is better.
NOT TRUE IN DISHWASHING.

I have seen a lot of 3 year old dishwashers that DO NOT work because of being clogged with
undisclosed soap

I do not recommend the dishwasher tablets. Again I see new machines clogged with soap
from these tablets.
